100% satisfaction is guaranteed, but understand that sometimes returns have to be made.
If the return is due to an error on their part, contact their customer service team.
Package and return the items via a trackable shipping method, including your packing slip to: Birthday Direct, Inc. 122 Commerce Street Muscle Shoals, Alabama 35661.
Non-Returnable Items include: Custom, personalized, and eco-print products; Partial kits or bundles; Merchandise not in sealed original packaging and new condition; Returns received more than 30 days from the original purchase date.
They are not liable for damage that occurs while your package is on its way back to them.
Postage for return shipping is your responsibility.
